We’re a rapidly scaling creative design agency in Toronto, Canada (but really, we’re global). We’re a team of multicultural storytellers, magic makers, and digital innovators who design with one mission in mind: to save the internet from bad design. From UX/UI and Visual Identity to Brand Strategy and AI-Enhanced Creative, we create extraordinary digital experiences that blend human empathy with visionary thinking.
We’re a fully remote team that believes in kind communication, deep ownership, and big-picture thinking. And we’re on the lookout for an Associate Creative Director who can help us lead the way.
We’re looking for a strategic, multidisciplinary creative powerhouse with 3+ years of proven experience across brand identity, marketing, social media, UI/UX, and storytelling. Someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and design. Someone who thinks in systems, not just styles. Someone who’s passionate about innovation, obsessed with the craft, and sees creative direction not as a title, but as a mindset.
As Associate Creative Director, you’ll partner with our Creative Director and collaborate to shape and execute our boldest ideas. You’ll mentor our design team, lead visual thinking for client work, and bring high-level strategy to life through boundary-pushing design. You won’t just keep up with trends, you’ll help set them.
You’re a kind, collaborative, curious human. You lead with empathy and see creativity as a superpower for change. You care deeply about the people you work with and the impact you leave behind. You’re adaptable, ego-free, and constantly evolving.
Most importantly, you want to be part of a team of incredible people creating stunning digital experiences that actually matter.
If you’re ready to take creative leadership to new heights and bring next-level digital experiences into the world, we’d love to meet you.
