Our fully remote team creates stunning digital experiences through UX/UI design, brand strategy, visual identity, and eLearning development. THE ROLE

We’re looking for a virtual assistant (VA) to become our Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on creating order and delivering delightful, thoughtful, and empathy-driven experiences to our teams and clients. This is a part-time, hourly role with growth potential—an ideal opportunity for someone eager to grow into a Jr. Project Manager position. You’ll be supporting our Project Manager with client-facing activities and coordinating our teams across various digital projects such as, social media management, Canva design tasks, and other administrative VA duties as required.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Social Media Management: Schedule and manage client and company social media accounts.
  • Design Assistance: Create simple, beautiful graphics using Canva.
  • Project Management: Support day-to-day coordination of client projects using Monday.com and slack, keeping things on track and organized.
  • VA Support: Handle administrative tasks such as email management, client communication, and file organization.
  • Client Delight: Embody our ethos of kindness by ensuring clients and team members feel valued and supported throughout their journey with us.
  • Problem-Solving: Think ahead to identify potential issues and solve them before they become problems.
  • Recruitment Support: Publish job descriptions in multiple channels and help screen candidates using our PM tool.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Some experience in a Virtual Assistant or Project Coordinator role is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools (like Publer).
    Basic proficiency in Canva or a similar design tool.
  • Experience with project management tools – monday.com experience is a plus!
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A high level of empathy and kindness—we’re passionate about building a positive culture for both our clients and our team.
  • A proactive attitude with a growth mindset—we want you to grow with us!
  • Some overlap with EST hours—you can be anywhere in the world, but need to be able to check in with our Canadian and American team members.
