THE GIG

We are looking for a skilled UX/UI Website Designer with a proven track record of designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating innovative solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives. We’re looking for a person with a blend of strategic skills, who not only has an eye for design but understands the marketing world and the systems behind the visual. A person who terms such as, above the fold strategy, convention optimization, information architecture and storytelling are their bread and butter. The ideal candidate should be an AI enthusiast, always looking for new ways to incorporate AI tools and innovation in their work.

  • Understand customer problems, clearly define design solutions, and provide detailed deliverables
  • Conceptualize and define experiences through sketching, storyboarding, prototyping, information modeling, and other methods.
  • Develop lo-fi and high-fidelity prototypes for customer and business evaluation.
  • Work primarily with the Creative Director with the opportunity to have design reviews/collaborations with UX Researchers, UX Designers, and UI Designers.
  • Create design deliverables to effectively communicate detailed experience requirements and interaction behaviors for customer and associate experiences, across all devices.

We are looking for an eLearning Developer who can create an exceptional strategy document for our eLearning courses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging eLearning content using industry-standard tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS). The Instructional Developer will play a crucial role in creating effective learning experiences that align with organizational goals and enhance the overall learning environment. You’ll work closely with our team to understand our needs and goals, then use your expertise to map out a clear and comprehensive plan. We are seeking an experienced eLearning Developer to Develop compelling and interactive eLearning courses by utilizing platforms such as Tovuti and Articulate LMS, applying instructional design principles for effective learning experiences. Create eLearning content, modules, quizzes, and assessments using tools like Articulate Storyline, taking advantage of Tovuti’s features for multimedia-rich courses. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to collect content, review materials, and ensure the accuracy and relevance of course content. Perform quality checks on eLearning courses to ensure adherence to instructional design standards, accessibility, and functionality. Additionally, seek feedback from learners and stakeholders to pinpoint areas for improvement in course content, delivery, and LMS functionality.

We are looking for a dynamic experienced SEO Strategist to join our growing team. As part of our digital marketing efforts, the candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing on-page website to drive an increase in keyword ranking, qualified traffic, and make impactful business outcomes for MK Way’s SMB clients. 

The ideal candidate should have deep understanding of SEO best practices, and provide direction over complex SEO campaigns with no oversight needed. Your tasks will involve creating content strategy & briefs for on-page, off-page and technical SEO

You’re experienced with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Google Data Studio, SEMrush, and Google Search Console,  to analyze organic search and analytics data to make specific data-driven recommendations with 5+ Years’ experience in the organic search industry and with a minimum of 2-3 years personally managing SEO strategy for clients who demonstrated success in developing and executing successful and case study-worth SEO campaigns with a proven track record of leading successful outside-of-the-box SEO strategies for clients’ initiatives such as on-page and off-page link-building and outreach strategies and full confidence and expert delivery in interfacing with clients and collaborating with others.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate resourcefulness and the initiative to lead advanced SEO projects, demonstrate success in developing and executing successful full end-to-end SEO campaigns with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management and most importantly comfortable presenting to clients and communicating directly with client teams, including stakeholders with varied levels of SEO or digital marketing knowledge and strong client and team leadership qualities, comfortable contributing to company’s thought leadership on SEO industry topics.
