Three phone photos in. A 3D product out.
The VERA engine
Three phone photos in. One ball out.
Shot on a shop counter, sent as they were. Turn what came back. The artwork is the product's own print; VERA mapped it onto the sphere.

GLB files for Orbit3D
Configurable 3D models for the product page: every part a shopper can change is cut out and named, under 10 MB, and wrapped for Orbit3D so customers pick the material, colour and finish and check out.
- One GLB per product
- Parts named from your option list
- Under 10 MB, loads on phones
- Manifest Orbit3D reads
4 JPG files in. 3D file out.
VERA makes it. Orbit3D sells it.
The Kwal-ity Fedora, our own showcase piece: crown, brim, ribbon and feather, each cut out and named, colours wired from the hat's option list. On your store, Orbit3D does this on the product page, and the shopper checks out with the exact hat they built.
The VERA workflow
Eleven stages. Three gates. One person.
Three gates: cut list, zones, finished file. One person looks once: approve, send it back, or take it into Blender. A problem VERA recognises gets a remedy and another run. A new one stops the line and asks a human.
- 01
Intake
Four photos, or the run stops.

Quality
How does VERA know your product?
Five things VERA checks on every file, and why they matter to you.
- 01
Zones
Every part a shopper can change, cut out and named from your option list. A part that isn't cut can't be changed.
- 02
Photo match
A 3D render from four camera angles, checked against your photos. We never generate AI images of your product.
- 03
UV check
How a flat picture wraps a 3D shape. Every surface unfolded onto one sheet, so your leather, felt or print lands where it should.
- 04
Seams
Where a product has seams, VERA builds them: grooves cut into the mesh, piping as real cord, stitches as geometry, not paint.
- 05
The product
One file under 10 MB, every part named for your options, and a manifest your storefront reads.
