United Veterans Assistance (UVA) provides expert guidance for veterans navigating the complexities of VA Disability Compensation, Pensions, and Discharge Upgrades. When they approached us, they were operating on a platform that lacked the clarity and trust signals required to compete in a high-stakes industry.
Our mission was to transform their online presence from a simple landing page into a comprehensive, high-converting digital ecosystem.

AI Hero Videos: We developed two AI-powered hero videos for the client to choose from, providing a cinematic feel that resonates with the veteran community.
Identity Consistency: We used AI to generate several images that maintained a consistent identity across the site. This required adhering to incredibly strict rules regarding Veteran Uniforms and military accuracy to ensure absolute authenticity.
To lower friction and increase lead quality, we developed five complex conditional multi-step forms—one for each service page.
These forms guide users through a series of diagnostic questions based on their unique situation, route them toward the specific benefits they are eligible for, and provide a "Free Survivor Assessment" that makes a complex process feel manageable.
Our initial competitive analysis revealed that UVA was operating at a significant disadvantage. The market was divided into three tiers of service providers, and UVA’s current site was being outclassed in features, trust indicators, and user flow.
The primary hurdle was the "Reality Gap": most survivors miss out on benefits because they apply for the wrong programs or believe they are over the income limit. We needed to build a site that immediately bridged this gap, establishing UVA as an empathetic leader with the strategic power of a top-tier law firm.
While the client had an existing visual identity, they lacked a formal Brand Manual. As a core principle of our agency, we believe every client deserves a "North Star" for their visuals. We created a comprehensive Brand Identity One-Pager to serve as their guide, ensuring that every future touchpoint remains consistent and professional.
We developed a sophisticated sitemap and content strategy to guide users toward their specific needs. We implemented a "Two Paths" funnel on the homepage, allowing users to choose between "Senior Care & Pension" or "Disability Compensation". We also integrated the proprietary PAVE™ Method (Plan, Advise, Verify, Evidence) to demonstrate exactly how the agency builds a winning claim.
